Once you’ve made your selection from our haunted collection, our spectral staff will begin preparing your order for its journey to your abode.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our haunted headquarters in Kansas City.

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two methods to deliver our cursed curiosities to your doorstep:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your items will be delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipping. Perfect for when you need your haunted decor with reasonable haste.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipping. A patient wait for the thrifty collector of the macabre.

Please note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote locations where our delivery ghouls dare not venture.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your financial details are safer with us than a ghost in a haunted house.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

When your haunted purchase needs to return from whence it came… fear not! We’ve established a return ritual that respects both the living and the undead.

The Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact, as if they’ve never left our crypt.

⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned

Based on the sinister nature of our collection, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized horror decor – Once we’ve imbued an item with your specific dark energy, it cannot be transferred
  • Opened prop replicas – These have already absorbed your home’s haunting atmosphere
  • Seasonal or holiday-themed items purchased during special horror events
  • Digital downloads or virtual horror experiences
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “As-Is Curiosities”

The Return Ritual (Step-by-Step Process)

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our support ghouls within 15 days of receiving your order. Send your return request to [email protected] using the template provided below.

Step 2: Await Our Response

Within 1-2 business days (faster than a ghost’s apparition), we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal it securely. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Send the package to our haunted headquarters:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 5: The Final Chapter

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Returning Your Gold Pieces

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: Trading One Horror for Another

Prefer a different item from our collection of the macabre? We’re happy to exchange your return for another product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Exchanges typically take 2-3 weeks to process, depending on inventory availability and shipping times.
